Camps and Tours
Years 7 to 9 students attend year-level adventure camps at fantastic locations across Victoria. These experiences encourage teamwork, confidence, and personal growth, while giving students the opportunity to connect with staff and classmates in a relaxed, out-of-school setting.
Students studying Outdoor Education in Year 10 and 11 also take part in one or two camps each year, extending their learning through real-world, nature-based experiences.
Year 12 students participate in a Study Camp as part of the Year 12 Commencement Program, designed to strengthen connections, build study skills, and prepare them for the demands of their final year.
Periodically (usually every 2 years), the College will offer an optional overseas tours Tours have included visits to our Sister School in Tokoname, Japan, as well as international STEM and Humanities tours to destinations across Europe and beyond.
Applied Learning Experiences
At Brighton Secondary College, we offer rich and applied learning experiences through a wide range of incursions and excursions. These opportunities extend learning beyond the classroom, allowing students to connect theory with real-world application.
